Al Helio launches in Ajman

D'SECO and Property House (PH) have launched its co-owned project in Ajman, the Al Helio downtown, a Dhs4bn mini-city project, reported Gulf News. The 115-acre development will comprise of 32 residential and commercial plots, and is expected to complete in 2013. D'SECO funds 70% of the project while PH is covering the remainder.
