These seminars are helping to establish a culture for excellence amongst public sector organizations in the UAE.

This critical event will define a strategic competencies system that will be used to develop human resources and achieve institutional excellence.

It will be conducted in collaboration with SHL Group UK, and will take place at the Etisalat Academy in Dubai.

Over the course of the meeting, delegates will discuss three main areas regarding the importance of competencies systems as rational and scientific programs attached to public sector strategies and useful in all steps of human resources systems including recruitment, selection, performance assessment, and development.

Mr. James Bywater, head psychologist, SHL UK will be speaking at the seminar and will lead many of the key topics being discussed.

Dr. Doaa Fares, Etisalat Academy General Manager, said: 'This seminar comes within the chain of programs that Etisalat Academy conducts for ministries and the government sector in order to help enhance efficiency.'
