The Offset Program Bureau is sending a delegation, led by CEO Saif Al Hajeri, to the largest world rendezvous for land/air defense and security: Eurosatory 2008.

From the 16th to 20th of June, Paris will host visitors from 145 countries, including 110 official national delegations and 600 international journalists present to report on the exhibits and national pavilions.

International companies in the products, services, and industry sectors of defense will be represented at an expected 72% of the entire world's existing providers.

According to CEO Al Hajeri, "Offset will be well represented by the members of our delegation. They are all enthusiastically focused upon maintaining contacts with the premiere international experts in defense."

This year's conference theme focuses upon protection from threats against urban areas and will provide an exceptional meeting and information exchange venue for international defense organizations including a simulation and training area, demonstration of ground robots, and the latest in military technology.

Experts in strategic analysis will make their expertise available to the UAE delegates via the associated "Eurosatory Business Meetings."
