Emaar Turkey hosts Dubai sale of Tuscan Valley second phase residences

Customers can select from a range of semi-detached villas and apartments as well as detached villas from the first phase at the sale to be held at the Emaar Sales Centre in Emaar Business Park - Building No 1. Amlak Finance is offering easy home finance options to purchase the residences.

The first phase of Tuscan Valley Houses opened to strong investor response with over 75 per cent units already sold.

Emaar Turkey had held a sale in Dubai of the first phase, which attracted several international investors and Turkish customers. Delivery of homes - in nine different villa styles - will start in December 2008.

Following the success of the first phase, Emaar Turkey added 500,000 sq m to the project.
