- PRESS RELEASE
Emaar Turkey, the country-subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, will host a sale of residences in the second phase of its Tuscan Valley Houses development at a special event to be held in Dubai on June 21, 2008.
The first phase of Tuscan Valley Houses opened to strong investor response with over 75 per cent units already sold.
Emaar Turkey had held a sale in Dubai of the first phase, which attracted several international investors and Turkish customers. Delivery of homes - in nine different villa styles - will start in December 2008.
Following the success of the first phase, Emaar Turkey added 500,000 sq m to the project.
Mr Ozan Balaban, General Manager, Emaar Turkey, said: "International investor interest in Turkey's property sector is growing given the country's appeal as a tourism destination and its distinct location as the bridge between the Middle East region and Europe. Tuscan Valley Houses is a pioneering master-planned community in the country and offers investors a world-class environment."
He added: "The Dubai sale of Tuscan Valley Houses last year was a huge success, which has prompted us to hold another sale event for the second phase of the project. We are unveiling several semi-detached villas and apartments, which have received encouraging response in Turkey already."
Inspired by the Tuscan architectural style, and enriched with the magnificent view of Büyükçekmece Lake and Marmara Sea, the apartments and semi-detached villas at Tuscan Valley Houses offer an elegant lifestyle for residents.
These homes range in size from 228 to 265 sq m and are located amidst immaculately landscaped gardens and greenways.
One of Istanbul's largest private sector residential developments, the Tuscan Valley Houses spreads over 1.7 million sq meters with 540 villas set in nine different plans, all with rich landscaping, recreational facilities and stunning views of the surrounding area.
The indoor recreation centre is designed by renowned architect Mahmut Anlar and will cover 4,500 sq m. The gardens and social areas sprawl an area of over 1.27 million sq m.
A modern Tuscan Shopping Arcade will meet the retail and lifestyle needs of residents.
The Arcade will feature branded outlets, restaurants, cafes, super markets, patisserie, drug stores, hair dressers, dry cleaners, café shop, florists and more.
Built on the slopes of the nearby Büyükçemece Lake and the Marmara Sea, Tuscan Valley Houses project is a 50-minute-drive from Istanbul's city center, and 20 minutes away from the Atatürk International Airport.
The integrated neighbourhood also features parks, pedestrian walkways, jogging courses, a soccer course, swimming pools, basketball and squash courts, a town centre and child care centre.
