Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. David Rutledge, Chief Executive Officer, DMCC, said:
"As DMCC expands its member base, we strive to maintain excellence in our customer service offerings. We are pleased that a call centre is now in place to ensure that our members' needs and queries are handled in a professional and efficient manner."
Operational from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00am to 5:00pm, the call centre will respond to all enquiries regarding DMCC and its services. Queries that cannot be answered immediately will be directed to the appropriate personnel within DMCC and the responses conveyed to the caller.
