The construction was commenced in light of an agreement that was earliar concluded between both sides.
This collaboration enbales TJH's executive construction wing Teraz Contracting to create structural frameworks for the 48 buildings constituting part of the project's first phase.
Located within the Al Jiza district South of the Queen Alia International Airport, these buildings consist of 786 apartments which Teraz will complete within 450 days.
General Manager of Teraz Contracting, Mr. Abd Al Kareem Al Tusluq stated that his Company is committed to using all its human capacities for this project.
'Our aim is to provide a finished product that complies with the highest international standards of architectural excellence. We are paying extra attention to the esthetical qualities that this project should reflect. Without neglecting the use of top class building materials and insulation features, we are hoping to provide a real-estate development that combines stylistic brilliance with practicality.'
Since its inception in 2006, Teraz Contracting has enjoyed a long track record of achievements.
The company contributed to the construction of the Andalucia, Red Sea Resort and Gardens Villas projects all of which are being developed by TJH.
Teraz Contracting has a team of over 1000 employees.
Its staff comprises of administration perennial, engineers, technicians and construction workers.
The Company executes projects using state of the art mechanisms and modern equipments.
The residential city's total investment value is estimated to be $1bn. The first phase of the project covers 3,000,000sqm.
It comprises of 16 thousand apartments and villas.
For its successful completion, TJH appointed the most qualified developers and suppliers'.
For the execution of different project phases, TJH recently signed agreements for quality assurance with the Royal Scientific Society.
It also formed partnerships with the International Engineering Consultancy Corporation for ensuring sound implementation of construction activities.
The Company also finished establishing a production plant for, woods and aluminum and it also signed an agreement with Al Quds for Ready Made Concrete.
'Teraz Contracting' executed the first phase of the Ahl Al Azm Project
Teraz Contracting, has begun construction on the 1st phase of the Ahl Al Azim project, a project launched by TJH in collaboration with the Jordanian Housing and Urban Development Corporation.
