Fujitsu Siemens Computers rolls out its 'Service Express' in Saudi

Following its success in the UAE, Fujitsu Siemens Computers have launched Service Express in the Kingdom.

Service Express is the company's latest customer service initiative created in partnership with DHL and aimed at providing its customers in the Kingdom with rapid collection and servicing of their Fujitsu Siemens Computers products without having to brave the road traffic.

The service is available throughout the country and is being launched at a series of distributor and reseller seminars taking place in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar from June 17-19. The concept will gradually be extended to some other countries across the Middle East region in the near future.

Customers with Fujitsu Siemens Computers products under warranty can take advantage of this new service by calling the Service Express number to report a fault or request for a service. This service covers notebooks as well as entry-level servers. The Service Express team ensures that the unit is collected from the customer's home or office, serviced or repaired, and delivered within a given time frame. During this time, customers are regularly updated on the status of their product.

"The Service Express is our latest initiative to provide our customers with a superior level of after-sales service," said Aiham Al-Akhras, Fujitsu Siemens Computers' Service Manager for the Middle East.

"We want to offer customers peace of mind anywhere within the Kingdom, ensuring them full satisfaction for their warranty service in this busy part of the world. Our strategy is to provide worry-free service solutions to further enhance our customers' confidence with Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Service Express offers our customers the best of both worlds - our expertise and technology and DHL's reach to collect the product and have it returned - from the convenience of their home or office. Our customers are entitled to exceptional service and we aim to provide it to them through Service Express."

Customers in Saudi Arabia can call the Fujitsu Siemens Computers Service Express on +966 1 2013083, between 7am and 8pm, from Saturday through to Thursday.
