Umniah gives a competitive edge to world football

Umniah, now sharing with the Jordanian community the heights of football frenzy, has now added a unique competitive flare to the thrilling UEFA Euro 2008 tournament for its subscribers, through the Umniah Euro 2008 Web competition.

Recently having launched the new web-based competition, themed around the global football hype and in line with the world's celebration of one of the most popular football competitions, Umniah is granting its subscribers the opportunity to win valuable prizes just by logging onto their online Umniah account.

Running from June 7th and until the tournament finale on June 28th 2008, this competition comes with new sports oriented questions published on the Umniah website everyday.

Upon answering all stated questions correctly, participating subscribers maximize their chances for becoming one of the 10 lucky finalists to win a Motorola L6i handset, a T-Shirt, and an Ana Shabab line at the end of the competition.

It had also signed an agreement with Al Riyadi Basketball Club to guarantee further advancement for Jordan's youth basketball sector.
