Cosmic Cow interacted with over 1000 children through interactive games such as cowculations, cow skittles, cosmic rings, competitions, story narrations and plays.
Each pupil learnt how Cosmic Cow was born, had their picture taken and was presented with a goodie box containing healthy and nutritious milk from Tetra Pak Arabia's local and regional dairy customers like Lacnor, KDD, Nadec and London Dairy.
"This is the second year Tetra Pak Arabia has organized an event for World Milk Day in the UAE, in partnership with customers. Following last years success we wanted to provide children with an interactive and educational form of learning about milk benefits and consumption; and Cosmic Cow helped us to do that,"
said Jesus Ortega, Dairy Category Manager, Tetra Pak Arabia.
Cosmic Cow will be visiting schools for another week before they break off for summer holidays.
The activity is part of Tetra Pak Arabia's ongoing drive to raise awareness about the health benefits of packaged milk products in the region.
The initiatives organized in the UAE will form part of a regional campaign that includes activities in Kuwait and Jeddah.
Taking place on the 1st June every year, the World Milk Day is promoted by Food & Agricultural Organisation of the United Nations (FAO).
