The seminar was conducted by Mr. James Bywater, head psychologist, SHL UK, who led sessions of discussion including: 'Factors Leading to Superior Performance at Work', 'Aligning People Performance with Business Objectives', 'Identifying Real Talents' and 'Assessment Rules in Driving HR Strategy'.
During the seminar Mr Bywater gave a review of the factors affecting the performance of people and how this impacts on the organization. He also examined the key factors in the complex personal relationships between coworkers. He also discussed motivating superior performance in their job and organisational performance. He explained that establishing an integrated framework that links people to the business through the human resource process is a key element in the strategic management of people to achieve superior performance, it also provides a clear connection between what people do and the organization's goals.
The seminar also included a discussion panel in which participants shared their experiences and views in achieving organizational excellence.
Dr. Doaa Fares, Etisalat Academy General Manager, said: 'This seminar comes within the chain of programs that Etisalat Academy conducts for ministries and the government sector in order to help enhance efficiency. Through this program we offer the latest methods and competencies in order to help participants achieve excellence for their organizations.'
