Organised by the Friends of Dubai College (FDC), a special group of parents and staff, the special evening brought together stakeholders of the College for some socializing as well as fundraising.
The winner of the Spring Ball event, Captain Richard Higgins, the Bursar at Dubai College, was presented with a dazzling Tiffany bangle and other premium gift items from the luxury house.
The memorable event once again displayed Tiffany's long history of support and commitment towards worthy causes in the community.
Pegah Goldooz, General Manager of Tiffany & Co. in the UAE explained:
"Over the years Tiffany has built a reputation of supporting social events in every sector such as education, sports and charity. Education plays a vital role in shaping the future of our communities and we share the dream of the community to nurture young minds and encourage the youth to go forward and be the best that they can be."
"Tiffany is pleased to sponsor the 30th anniversary celebrations of one of Dubai's oldest and most respected educational institutions. As a design house with international presence, Tiffany has a long illustrious history dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity and excellence, which have been the foundation of its enduring success. The youth of society can draw inspiration from Tiffany's legendary status," added Goldooz.
The evening began with a classical musical introduction by the students of Dubai College while entertainment was provided by 'Bad Hair Day,' a band flown in from the UK as well as members of Dubai 92 FM Radio.
Incidentally, both lead singers of the band are former students of the College.
Sarah Rogers who led the organizing team of the event was all praise for its sponsors: "We are very grateful to our sponsors for the event, all of whom helped us raise funds for the FDC projects at the school."
Apart from Tiffany & Co., the other main sponsors of the evening were Emirates Airlines, Jumeirah International, and several other local companies.
Tiffany & Co. has an unrivalled status in design history that has seen it present some of the finest collections by world renowned designers such as Schlumberger, Elsa Peretti, Paloma Picasso and more recently the award winning architect Frank Gehry.
Its legendary collections such as Return to Tiffany, the 1837 collection, Atlas and numerous other compelling and riveting lines offer a plethora of winsome options for men, women and children too.
