Al Fahim holds talks with Al Khajah to fast track Al-Aqeeq Marina mega real estate project in Kuwait

Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, the Chief Executive Officer of Hydra Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, visited Kuwait recently to hold a series of brain storming sessions with Sheikh Hamed Mohammed Al Khajah, Chairman and Managing Director of Al Aqeelah Leasing, Finance and Investment Company, in an effort to fast track their dream project Al Aqeeq Marina complex.

Dr. Al Fahim evaluated the status of Al Aqeeq Marina project during his visit to Kuwait and energized those involved in the venture to set another record by an early execution of the project.

Dr. Al Fahim also gauged the investment climate in Kuwait and explored potential investment opportunities in the country.

Dr Al Fahim, while stressing the importance of the Al Aqeeq Marina project, said: "Hydra Properties remains committed to apply the same philosophy of sustainable development in Kuwait too, which has set us apart as a value builder in the crowded and ultra competitive real estate market in the UAE. Al Aqeeq Marina project is being developed by Hydra-Al Aqeelah Development Company, a joint venture among Hydra Properties, Kuwait-based Al Aqeelah Leasing, Finance and Investment Co and Tassameem Real Estate Company.

Al Aqeeq Marina, the mega real estate venture, will be located in Kuwait's resort city Khairan and the project marks an important turning point in the Kuwaiti real estate development since in sheer size, magnitude and splendor it will dwarf all other edifices in the entire region.

The Al Aqeeq Marina project will spread over 50,000 square meters as the first phase of Khairan's Pearl City Project. Khairan is only 90 km away from the capital Kuwait City and will be easily accessible for international as well as domestic visitors.

Al Aqeeq Marina Complex is an integrated Urban Project that incorporates all modern and traditional amenities with a touch of class and style.
