Health check up privileges at Welcare DTC for BankMuscat credit card holders

Welcare Diagnostic and Treatment Center (Welcare DTC), in partnership with BankMuscat, brings to its customers special privileges on health screening programmes.

Under the 'Well Woman & Executive Health Screening Programme', customers who pay with their BankMuscat credit card can avail exclusive discounts at Welcare DTC on health check ups and general services.

The offer is valid until July 31, 2008 and includes specialist consultation, diagnostic & imaging and laboratory; and review of results and reporting by specialists.

Welcare DTC's wellness programme in association with BankMuscat aims towards benefiting the community and encouraging health screenings for residents of Oman.

The assessments in the offer period include three health screening programmes - For Males and Females under 40 years of age; Well Women health screening over 40 years and Executive health screening for males over 40 years old.

Highlighting the benefit of the offer to the residents of Oman, Mr. Prem Thomas, clinic manager, said 'Regular physical exams and health screening tests are an important part of preventive health care. They can help ensure that common, serious diseases and conditions are detected, and treated. Hence, we urge the BankMuscat credit card holders to take advantage of this opportunity and ensure healthy living for themselves and their families.'

Commenting on the tie up with Welcare DTC to bring the health check up offer to the BankMuscat credit card holders, Said Al Badai, AGM - Sales and Services said, 'BankMuscat is the first bank in Oman to initiate a service of this nature and through this tie up, our credit card customers can avail special privileges on health screening programmes at the Welcare Diagnostic and Treatment Center.'

To avail of this offer, customers visiting the Welcare DTC located in Al Khuwair have to simply inform the staff that they wish to undergo the health screening programme(s) and that they intend to avail the discount by paying through their BankMuscat credit cards.
