Dubai Municipality promotes key personel

Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, Acting Director General of Dubai Municipality has issued two administrative decisions transferring two senior officials.

They are Ismail AbdulRahman Al Banna, who has been transferred to the post of the Director of International Organizations and Bodies Department and Mohammed Mahmoud AbdulRahim Al Noori, who has been transferred to the post of Head of Awards Office, both in the International Affairs and Partnership Sector.

Al Banna, who obtained Masters' from the Southern Illinois University, USA in 1995 in Administration, joined the Municipality in 1991 as Administrative Officer. He was later transferred as Head of Parks and Recreations Section in 1996. In 2001, he became Assistant Director of Public Parks and Horticulture Department.

Al Noori, who graduated in Arts and Science with specialization in Décor from Louisville University, Kentucky, USA in 1987, joined the Municipality in 1987 as Head of Advertising Licensing and Control Unit. He was later promoted as Head of Advertising Section in 1990.
