With an aim to further enhance customer relations, renowned perfumers Syed Junaid Alam (SJA)recently conducted a 4-day training seminar for their staff at the Mercure Grand Hotel that concluded on 11th June, 2008.
'Customers come first in any business; they are its main asset. Thus hosting such educational seminars is one of our key priorities. Through this seminar we aim at enhancing participants increase their customer service skills, develop a greater appreciation of customer value and raise the quality of the service they provide to customers,' explained Sales & Marketing Director Mr. Hamad Fuad.
Upon successful completion of the training session, participants were awarded with gifs and certificates of merit.
