Results International expands regional operations with new partner in Dubai

Marketing and communications expert Imad Kublawi heads the new operation, which commences in June 2008.

Results is a specialist consulting and corporate finance business which works exclusively in the global marketing communications industry, with presence in 40 countries in Eastern, Central and Western Europe, Asia-Pacific, North and Latin America. Through carefully considered mergers and acquisitions, its clients are able to capitalise on growth opportunities in increasingly competitive markets.

Recent deals include London-based branding and consultancy, Clear, acquired by M&C Saatchi, the Australian Photon Group's acquisitions of UK branding agency Corporate Edge and top UK tech PR agency Hotwire. Other International deals include a majority share acquisition of Brazilian LewLara by TBWA, Publicis' acquisition of Chinese digital agency CCG, and Turkish ZapMedia acquired by IMSG.

Imad is a former COO of JWT with 25 years extensive communication experience in the Middle East and North Africa region. In August 2005 Imad formed IK Consult with the vision to be the strategic advisors of choice to top management of companies and agencies on all aspects of marketing communication in the MENA region.

IK Consult is based in Dubai with delivery capability across the entire region offering impartial best practice marketing and communication consultancy that has attracted many clients, including Emaar Properties, National Bonds, Dubai Television, Sorouh and most recently, Amlak Finance.

Continuing on the same strategy of offering best practice, Imad said: 'The Gulf is witnessing an economic boom led by many industries and as such the time is right for Results to launch their unique services.
