The roll-out of the new design marks an initiative to provide the foremost customer experience offering faster, friendlier, and more focused financial services.

To celebrate the reopening, CAE will offer its clients special gifts and surprises.

"We are delighted to launch this new concept," said Henri Guillemin, CAE Managing Director.

"CAE is committed to offer the best banking relationship, one focused on offering personalized services, state of the art technology and streamlined transactions. This is far more than an architectural or visual change, it is a functional concept designed to help our clients enhance their banking experience. At CAE, convenience is guaranteed by streamlining customers' in-branch activities so that they can decide when, where, and how they bank."

CAE's new design organizes branches into specific zones to better facilitate in branch activity.

CAE employees at the reception area advise customers how to best complete their transactions.

User-friendly self-service technologies allow clients to complete everyday transactions independently in the self-service zone available 24/7.

CAE's branch design also provides a fast-track area where customers can complete certain activities in less than 15 minutes.

Henri Guillemin added:

"At CAE, meeting customers' expectations and clients' satisfaction are core driving forces and we are committed to providing a rewarding banking experience. We believe this new concept will raise the standards for banking services in line with CAE's customer-centred values. Smart growth and innovation remain key priorities. In addition to our network expansion plan, the bank has improved client convenience and brought advanced banking technology to the market through the remote banking platform including internet, SMS and call centre options."

As Egypt's banking environment evolves and matures, CAE is committed to enhancing its presence across the country and fulfilling the market needs.

Throughout 2007 and into 2008 Crédit Agricole Egypt has strengthened its presence in key locations not only in Cairo and Alexandria but across the nation as well and furthered its client servicing capabilities with strategic branch openings.

CAE's network expansion plan has started since the formation of the bank in 2006 and will continue regularly well into 2008 and further.

The main objective of such expansion plans is to maintain the pace of its growth seeking to establish locations to best reach and serve its customers.

It is CAE's aim to bring banking closer to the Egyptian customer by ensuring expansion in the most convenient locations.

CAE branches in non urban areas such as the Delta and Upper Egypt ultimately aim at building the communities we wish to serve not only by offering the best banking products and services but offering jobs and personal development opportunities to the human resources of such areas.

CAE was established when Crédit Agricole SA, a pre-eminent global financial institution operating in more than 70 countries, and the Mansour & Maghraby Investment & Development Company (MMID) acquired the Egyptian American Bank and merged the network with Calyon Bank Egypt in September 2006.

Today, CAE's committed team of experts offers a wide range of products and services designed to meet the demands of national and multinational Corporations, SMEs, and retail clients, as well as high net worth customers.
