Greenscapes, the Dubai based landscaping company that is a member of Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for Young Business Leaders, signed an agreement worth Dhs30m to do two landscaping projects, the first with Al Ittihad Properties, and the second with Al Futaim Corier.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Nasser Sultan Lootah, the owner and Manager of Greenscapes and Mr. Ilyas Adas, the Managing Director of Al Ittihad, with the attendance of Mr. Abdul Baset Al Janahi, the CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for Young Business Leaders.

As part of the agreement, Greenscapes, who specialize in the planning and construction of soft landscaping, will provide the landscaping for the motor city project and up town Mirdif.

Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for Young Business Leaders, said:

'By entering into strategic co-operation with some of the biggest companies in the UAE, the capability and high quality of Greenscapes services has set these young entrepreneurs aside from their competitors.'



He added that; 'there are many companies that are members of Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for Young Business Leaders which provide high profile services despite being categorized as small or medium projects. In addition, these companies have taken a leading position in the UAE, with many entering into international contract outside of the UAE. This is itself a remarkable achievement for many entrepreneurs in the UAE which reflects the endless support given by our countries leaders.'

Mr. Nasser Sultan Lootah, the owner and manager of Greenscapes spoke about his commitment to provide the best services to the company's clients alongside excellent services and high standards.

He added: 'The choice for greenery for the two projects meet international standards and are of the highest quality. The signing of this contract between Greenscapes and Al Ittihad Properties is considered an important step which will have positive results for both companies. This will hopefully entail further strategic agreements outside of the UAE.'

Mr. Lootah expressed his gratitude to H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai for their continuous support to UAE national entrepreneurs and for providing the opportunities for nationals to reach their potential, locally, nationally and internationally.

He stated that Greenscapes has an excellent team who have received international training enabling them to achieve outstanding results.

Mr Ilyas, the MD of the projects in Al Ittihad, said that the company has a long history of working in the property development sector and is committed to being unique and creative with a focus on attention to detail. He said that Greenscapes is an excellent company, known for its creativity and accuracy in its field and that this agreement will hopefully be the starting point for future agreements.
