BioMedix to open Dubai facility

BioMedix Inc, an equipment and services provider for non invasive detection of peripheral vascular disease has signed an agreement with Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park (DuBiotech) to manufacture in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) equipment in Dubai. The facility will manufacture ELISA kits, as well as PCR, Run Controls and Proficiency Panels. IVD equipment is used to conduct medical tests that protect blood supply, monitor the administration of drugs.
