USAID develops a path to effective association marketing and communications

USAID Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ) has concluded a two day workshop entitled "Developing a path to effective association Marketing and Communications".

The workshop aimed to enable business associations to build a realistic and effective marketing and communication plan for their association. The workshop was attended by 22 participants from Business Associations and companies from the Private Sector.

USAID Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ) have identified Business Associations in Jordan as entry point for developing the sectors they represent and are considered to be a vehicle for cooperation between private organizations and a platform from which to identify and address issues with a common voice.

Ms. Reema Nasser, Executive Director from IMC said:

"The workshop gave the participants an overview on how to build an effective marketing and public relations campaign that would achieve the association's goals."



USAID Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ) is a five year broad economic development initiative implemented by BearingPoint, Inc. and a sizeable team of international and Jordanian partner firms. By both supporting improvements in the business environment and providing assistance to expand innovation and productivity in Jordanian businesses, it supports the main objective of building up the private sector as a powerful engine of economic growth.
