Xerox Emirates connects customers with inventions at Technology Seminar in Abu Dhabi

The event, organized for Xerox Emirates' key customers, focused on highlighting the company's multitude of solutions which are designed to facilitate the document management processes of organizations in the country.

Highlighting the company's major inventions, Andrew Hurt, General Manager, Xerox Emirates, said: 'From the first automatic plain paper copier, to the commercial mouse, fax and Ethernet, Xerox has led the technology industry with numerous inventions which have added considerable value to human kind.'

He added, 'We organized this technology focused seminar in Abu Dhabi to engage the IT Managers on achieving maximum return on their investments and through our leading edge products and document management solutions.'

The seminar, which was followed by product demonstrations from Xerox Emirates technical team, included two best practice cases that were presented by Seidco General Contracting and Schlumberger.

According to the various studies presented at the seminar, Xerox Emirates' consulting team succeeded in evaluating the requirements of numerous customers in various industries. 'Xerox solutions helped Seidco General Contracting to approach the desired level of success. Reduce undesirable running costs & improve staff productivity,' said Hassan Nader Khaloof, IT Manager.

The solutions offered by the Xerox Emirates team provided high level of IT sophistication and quality performance, which led to a significant reduction in running cost and an increase in productivity through the reduction of machine down-time and optimum functionality.
