LG Electronics organizes 3rd annual family for media club members

In line with its strategy to maintain better relationship with media, LG Electronics held at Al Nakheel Beach resort in Jeddah an exciting outing for the members of its exclusive press club.

This outing is organized for the third year in a row in a series of events planned for the 'LG Friends' clubs, which were inaugurated two years ago by K.W Kim, President of LG Electronics, Middle East and South Africa.

The 2-day event at the fascinating Al Nakheel Beach resort, with its relaxing atmospheres, offered an excellent opportunity for media people and their families to get rid of their day-to-day work stress and to soak themselves in the beauty of the resort.

LG Electronics organized a full entertainment program for its guests, including fun activities and competitions for both adults and children.

This event was an excellent opportunity for LG management and staff to show their gratitude and appreciation to media people and to share ideas with them in an open and informal environment on how to improve the relationship between the company and media community.

During the event, distinguished journalists were presented with awards for best editor and best coverage for the year 2008/2007.

Members of the 'LG Friends' club, were also presented with their media cards.

LG Electronics has launched the LG Friends club initiative to foster close cooperation and create better understanding within the media community in the Kingdom.

The LG Friends Club is part of LG Electronics' strategy to support and highlight the vital contribution of media to the society and its valued support for companies operating in Saudi Arabia.
