A recent high-level forum of ENOC's key business leaders has resulted in a consolidation of the leading oil and gas company's future growth strategy and a redefinition of the operation's vision and mission.
"ENOC has witnessed substantial growth over the recent period but we are at a key juncture in the development of the business and I see major scope for further improvements and diversification. The time is right to collectively determine an ambitious and purposeful new era. This strategic planning seminar has helped to formulate the corporate road map for the Group and set the wheels in motion to redefine and steer the business on the path to greater success," said Khoory.
The two-day strategy meeting was attended by over 30 Senior Executive Managers of the ENOC Group, and the successful business review was also honoured by the presence of the Vice Chairman and four members of the Board of Directors, His Excellency Ahmad Humaid Al Tayer, Mohammed Al Ghurair, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Awar, Mirza Al Sayegh and Ahmad Sharaf.
Leading management consulting firm A.T. Kearney supported the cross-divisional team to develop the new vision and mission statements.
The consultants further enhanced the process by highlighting best practice benchmarks and expertise in how to quickly and profitably grow oil and gas companies.
Placing corporate social responsibility at the heart of the business, ENOC's clear vision is to be the leading regional integrated oil and gas group with a strong focus on employees, community and the environment. ENOC's mission reflects the company's commitment to sustainable development and continued profitable growth.
