Teema is the first residential community in Asmaran and comprises Spanish-styled homes set around a central retail and community centre.

Following overwhelming customer turn-out, Emaar Bawadi hosted a second sale for all those who had registered interest at the first sale event held on May 20.

More residential projects will be launched to meet the sustained customer interest in homes within Asmaran.

Mr Arif Mubarak, CEO of Bawadi said:

"The strong customer response to Teema townhouses in Asmaran highlights the investor trust in the project, developed as a joint venture by two of the leading developers in Dubai. The Teema homes offer a distinctive identity to owners, given the central location within Bawadi and easy access to a range of leisure, entertainment and hospitality amenities."

Mr Issam Galadari, Managing Director of Emaar Bawadi, added: "The demand for Teema homes also signals the growing preference in the market for luxurious houses located as part of integrated lifestyle communities. The architectural elegance of the homes, their location and the extensive day-and-night entertainment facilities available for residents make Teema a preferred investment destination in Dubai."

The Teema townhouses - a mix of two-storey, single family, two- and three-bedrooms - vary in size from 1,780 to 2,800 sq ft in plots of size 2,200 to 5,000 sq ft. All homes have terraces, gardens and master-bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes.

Community amenities include swimming pools, parks, children's play areas, a retail centre, mosque and school.

Asmaran also features a family-oriented theme park; 4 million sq ft of commercial space; a mall with gross leasable area of 3 million sq ft and several retailers; more than 5,300 serviced apartments, and nine world-class hotels with over 5,150 keys.

Interconnectivity among its various components is a highlight of Asmaran, which is located at the heart of Bawadi in close proximity to the largest hotel in the world with 6,500-keys.
