Bravo highlights importance of wireless telecoms to lower government's communications costs

Malik Bentaieb, COO of Public Telecommunications Company (Bravo) today assured that developing the traditional communications systems is a must to raise productivity and business efficiency in the governmental organizations.

Bentaieb also pointed out that wireless telecommunications represent an optimal solution to manage communications budget, as it decreases the communications cost in governmental organizations by 50%.

This announcement came at an informative forum that Bravo had held for the governmental officials in Assir, attended by Eng. Abdul Karim Ben Salim Al-Hanini, Secretary of Assir Principality, and senior directors from Bravo. The forum highlighted the wireless business solutions that Bravo provides to support the governmental sector and the role of wireless telecommunications in deploying secure and instant communications system that allows governmental organizations to lower its communications costs.

"In this meeting, we aim at stressing the role of wireless communications solutions in supporting the overall performance and raising productivity at governmental sector", said Bentaieb. "An integrated telecommunications platform allows the employees in governmental organizations to communicate during working hours guaranteeing security and efficiency at lowest costs".

Bentaieb said that Bravo's strategy, which aims at enhancing the governmental sector's performance, fulfills the top objectives of the Saudi five-year plan of developing the communications and information technology (CIT) sector. The plan that has been launched by the Saudi government targets increasing productivity and efficiency in all governmental organizations and activating the governmental, commercial, social, and health care services electronically as well as encouraging the telecommuting within the economical development that the Kingdom is experiencing now.

Malik Bentaieb also added: "Bravo's vision is to enable the governmental organizations to achieve business efficiency through telecommunications, by providing different organizations with customized wireless communication solutions and services that best fit the special needs of each ".
