BARWA holds training program on developing the supervisory and administration skills

More than 20 trainees including deputy directors, supervisors and head of departments participated in the program. The program aims to develop supervising abilities, leading, and administrative skills in the fields of decision making, problem solving, communications, as well as other necessary administrative skills.

This training program is one among other development programs offered by BARWA's T&D department that includes strategic planning, selling and negotiation skills, and time management.

To provide the highest standards of possible, BARWA's T&D department contracted with training institutions and remarkable universities to offer distinguished training programs which grant internationally recognized certificates.

Besides, the department designed IDP (Individual Development Program) dedicated to Qatari youth to focus on administration and accounting skills. In addition, a LDP (Leader Development Program) was designed to offer managers and their deputies development courses to strengthen their decision making skills.
