Mannai Automotive opens new showroom at Umm Al Afaee

Mannai Automotive, a subsidiary of the Mannai Group and the exclusive dealer of GMC, HUMMER and Cadillac vehicles in Qatar as well as several other automobile brands, opened a new showroom at the Umm Al Afaee Petrol Station in Umm Al Afaee north of Doha.
"The new showroom and service center will substantially increase our reach within Qatar," said Mohamed Helmy, General Manager of Mannai Trading Co. "In addition, we have a significant customer base in and around Umm Al Afaee, and the new service center and parts department will allow us to service them quickly and efficiently."
"We proved the quality of our service at the GM Middle East Service awards, and now we're going about further improving our services and our reach," said Keith Ranson, Deputy General Manager, Mannai Trading Co., referring to the recent GM Middle East service awards that saw Mannai Automotive emerge right at the top.
Mannai Auto received the GM award not only for 'Outstanding Service Performance & Customer Satisfaction' but also for 'Fixing it right the first time'. In addition, one of the Mannai technicians put up an outstanding performance to take home the first prize in the technical skills competition conducted by GM at the Bahrain International Circuit in Manama.
"Expansion is an ongoing effort, and we'll continue to open conveniently located showrooms and service centers so that we can serve our customers better," promised Helmy. "After all, great customer service is the heart and soul not only of Mannai Automotive, but all companies of Manna Group."
