Schon launches The Signet in Jebel Ali

UAE-based Schon Properties has launched The Signet, a unique Dhs465m ($127m) 'home-office' tower for both commercial and residential use in Downtown Jebel Ali. The 17-storey building will offer 91 one-bedroom apartments to be sold for about Dhs1.5m, 14 two-bedroom apartments for about Dh1.8m, 80 studios for almost Dhs1m, seven loft home offices for about Dhs8m and 18 home offices for almost Dhs3.5m, Danial Schon, vice-president of Schon Properties told Gulf News.
