USAID supports training seminar entitled 'Pathway to Principal'

USAID Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ) supported a three day workshop entitled 'Pathway to Principal'.

The workshop aimed to provide CEOs and top management professionals at the Architecture and Engineering firms and the Architecture and Engineering Business Council with high level knowledge and skills that are needed for them to reach their potentials and to lead their companies in the most efficient and effective manners.

The training seminar was designed to cover all aspects of business in the building and design sector. Primary topics covered included: Strategic business planning, strategic marketing, financial management, business development, client relationship strategies, staff management and retention, and project management.

This seminar was designed and presented by Zweigwhite, an internationally recognized company that provides one stop shop opportunities for A& E firm leaders to substantially improve the way they do their business , through providing training workshop and consultations. Each subject segment presented in this workshop constitutes a mini version of larger seminars and engagements Zweigwhite conducts on regular basis.

The USAID-Jordan Economic Development Program (SABEQ) is a five year broad economic development initiative implemented by BearingPoint, Inc. and a sizeable team of international and Jordanian partner firms. By both supporting improvements in the business environment and providing assistance to expand innovation and productivity in Jordanian businesses, to support the main objective of building up the private sector as a powerful engine of economic growth.
