In addition to a wider space, both the technical and human resources were upgraded to offer a "one-stop-employee system" to ensure prompt service.

Preserving privacy and escaping the long queues, the ladies section is currently equipped to accommodate a larger number of visitors. Also, an electronic queue system was implemented and a dedicated cashier joined the team to better service the ladies.

The "one-stop-employee-system" was preceded by a series of professional training sessions for female employees to improve their skills and customer services capacities. While waiting for their applications to be processed, the visitors can enjoy the Arabic sweets and coffee, courtesy of DNRD.

Major General Mohammad Ahmad al Marri, Director of DNRD commented:

"We have revamped this section in DNRD to better service the ladies who cannot process their applications in the crowded queues of males and PROs. Thus, we have preserved their privacy and reduced the waiting time in the other halls."
