The owner of a hotel condominium unit may use the unit for no more than 120 days in the aggregate during any year and may not occupy the unit for more than 29 consecutive days within a 36 day period.

When will the hotel condominium be open to the public? How many units will there be?

The hotel is scheduled to open in summer of 2009. There will be 400 units.

No. A unit at Trump SoHo Hotel Condominium New York may be purchased in either an individual name or through a legal entity.

How are the hotel condominium units furnished?

Each unit is designed by world-renowned architecture and design firm The Rockwell Group. Amenities include luxurious expansive bathrooms with custom-designed fixtures, a detached shower and tub and a separate enclosure for the water closet. Fully furnished butler's pantries with a stocked bar and top-of-the-line appliances make in-room dining easy. The units are furnished with custom-designed furniture, carpets, draperies and lighting by The Rockwell Group and Fendi Casa. Large flat screen televisions and integrated media systems will be housed in each unit. Original artwork can be selected from Trump SoHo's curated collection of works by emerging artists.

What are the costs of the furnishings?
