W Doha all set to introduce six B&F outlets upon launch

As the launch date of the W Doha Hotel & Residences draws closer, everyone is focusing on the gorgeous rooms and out-of-this-world gym & spa facilities it promises to offer.
"The W is all about delivering the Wow experience to guests, and naturally that applies to all of our restaurants and lounges," says Janin Smollny, Director of Beverage and Food at the W Doha, who will be directly responsible for delivering that wow experience to patrons on a daily basis.
The pièce de résistance of the W Doha's culinary offering are undoubtedly the concept restaurants by Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Market by Jean-Georges is an amalgamation of Vongerichten's celebrated restaurants Market in Paris and Mercer Kitchen in New York City.
Comfortable dining is taken to new heights as elegance, taste and culinary satisfaction are encompassed in a warm, inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a stylish home kitchen.
It is a symbiotic blend of all that exemplifies Jean-Georges in an environment that evokes the comfort of home. As the master chef himself says, "From the Wasabi pizza to the whole roast chicken, the depth and variety of this menu satisfies the cravings of any mood."
Those interested in more exotic fare will head to Spice Market. Inspired by the streets of Southeast Asia, Spice Market enchants guests with the adventurous flavors of the region's street cuisine served in a casual atmosphere.
After 20 years of working and traveling throughout Asia, sampling the street fare of Ho Chi Minh City and discovering the flavors of Bangkok, Jean-Georges set out to recreate some of his favorite street food experiences.
Dishes are elevated and thoughtful but not overly refined; each displaying complex blends of spices and layers of flavor.
The menu stays true to its inspirations while offering guests the additional delight of family-style dining, in which courses arrive continuously throughout the meal and are placed at the center of table for all to share.
Another jewel in W Doha's culinary crown will be La Maison Du Caviar with its chic ambience and exquisite caviar on the internationally acclaimed menu.
Established in Paris in 1956 at the request of the Iranian Shah, La Maison du Caviar is now a prestigious Parisian institution managed by the king of caviar Odette de Lalagade, who brings the finest varieties of caviar, from beluga and osetra to Iranian and sevruga, to your palate.
The Crystal Lounge with its trendy ambience is where chic meets cozy.
As the elegant Baccarat chandelier holds court over the happening scene, the city's jet set will savour whimsical bites and drinks while grooving to the world's trendiest beats and music.
W's signature lobby, or 'living room' as W prefers to call it, is home to the 24-hour Thassos café that seats up to a hundred and serves delicacies from around the world.
The culinary extravaganza ends right back at home, with the Wahm Shisha Lounge, where traditional Shisha café turns into a modern Arabic lounge by the cool of the pool. Wahm offers traditional Mezze alongside the finest variety of innovative Shisha flavors in town.
Now on the verge of completion, the W Doha Hotel & Residences features 291 guest rooms, 31 suites, 154 W Residences, meeting & event facilities and luxury retail space in addition to the restaurants.
The property is owned by the Al Jaidah Group in partnership with the Starwood Group of hotels, which owns the W brand.
