The most significant real estate infrastructure project in the Sultanate of Oman received awards for 'Best Development in Oman' as well as 'Best Apartment in Oman'.
The awards will be presented at a gala dinner scheduled to be held at The Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai on 19th October.
Anees Issa Al Zadjali, Chairman of Al Madina A'Zarqa said of the award, "We are delighted to have received the 'Best Development' and 'Best Apartment' awards. We are dedicated to the continued growth of real estate development in Oman and it is an honor for us to be recognized at this level. The awards reflect the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in the Al Madina A'Zarqa project."
Al Madina A'Zarqa's success in the coveted awards programme underlines Oman's ability to not only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive Arabian property arena.
Entries were judged by an international panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards.
"In an industry where the public are becoming increasingly well informed and discerning about the properties they seek to buy, we will display the CNBC Arabian Property Awards' logo as a symbol of the Projects' quality, leadership and innovation," concluded Mr Al Zadjali.
Al Madina A'Zarqa also won the Cityscape 2008 Award for Best Marketing Campaign in Middle East and North Africa.
