Emirates Palace rolls out the red carpet at Abu Dhabi International Airport

Emirates Palace guests flying in from abroad will now experience the luxury resort's outstanding pampering service from the moment they arrive in Abu Dhabi International Airport.

In another example of service excellence, the hotel has opened a dedicated Emirates Palace Airport Lounge, to greet guests with the warmest of welcomes and ensure a seamless transfer to Emirates Palace.

"For our guests, it's red carpet treatment all the way from the terminal to the hotel. We're literally going the extra mile for our guests by starting their Emirates Palace experience from the moment they arrive in the country, as we want their stay to be as memorable and relaxing as possible,"

In addition to a brief orientation talk on the palace and city of Abu Dhabi, services extended to guests will include welcome beverages, delicious dates and refreshingly chilled towels, as well as the coordination of advance restaurant reservations or room service orders. Also upon request other travel essentials can be arranged such as city tours, car hire and even baby sitting services.

The Emirates Palace Airport Lounge open 24/7 and manned by highly-trained, dedicated staff.
