The Arabian Property Awards are intended to recognise and celebrate successful companies and projects in the region's property market.
The winners in each of the 23 categories of awards are chosen by a jury comprising senior editors and directors of ITP.
Other winners included leading names from the regional property and real estate sector, such as Nakheel, Emaar and ETA Star Properties, among others.
Basel Al Kasem, CEO, Al Basel Real Estate Brokers, commented, "It's certainly an honour to win this award, which we believe is a result of the dedication and hard work of the entire team.
