Island Global Yachting appoints Cardona as Regional Marketing Director

Island Global Yachting (IGY), one of the world's premier owners, developers and managers of marina properties and yachting lifestyle destinations, has announced the appointment of John A. Cardona as Regional Marketing Director for the Middle East and Europe.

Cardona will be responsible for the marketing of IGY Marinas current developments in the UAE, which will see an increase of almost 40,000 berths within the region, as well as the opening of new marinas in Europe.

Cardona has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales, within the hospitality industry at locations throughout the world. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies with international brands including Ritz Carlton, Peninsula and Regent Hotels & Resorts.
