Dubai Women Establishment hosts interactive session on women leadership in the UAE

The Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) today facilitated a talk with leading Socratic moderator and CEO of Duke CE, Kim Taylor, as part of it ongoing initiatives to satisfy UAE women leaders' needs and inspire them towards achieving giant steps in the UAE economy.

The interactive session highlighted challenges faced by woman leaders across the globe and discussed areas including policy making, research and practices, future of women leadership and the unique role of women in the UAE towards continuous economic development and growth.

Kim Taylor identified some of the challenges she has faced as a leader and offered valuable insights gained through personal experience. She engaged the audience in a discussion on how to best use their talents, knowledge, understanding and perspectives to share critical conversations and rewrite the rules of business.

The inspirational talk included areas related to the future of women leadership in Dubai and the UAE and discussed the role of organizations or associations to enhance women, achieving sustainable growth for the country and creating a footprints for others to follow.

Maitha Al Shamsi, Managing Director of DWE said:

This event was attended by DWE board members, senior officials from educational institutes across the UAE and leading positions holders from various UAE based organizations.
