Durar launches project in Dubailand

UAE-based developer Durar Properties has launched a joint venture project with Abu Dhabi-based Ali and Sons and leading Saudi conglomerates to build Durar 1, a 63,000 square feet, 19-storey twin tower development in the Residence complex in Dubailand. The Dhs 250m ($68m) project total will have a total built-up area of 287,000 square feet and will comprise 236 units, ranging between one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
