Cirrus to develop resort in Dubai

Iranian developer Cirrus Developments is to build a five-star resort in the Canal District of Dubai' Waterfront development, reported Gulf News. The developer will create a low-rise hotel resort complete with hotel operator and serviced villas and apartments. The total land area of the Dhs5bn ($1.4bn) resort will be around 850,000 square feet with a sellable area of 611,000 square feet.
