Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh appoints Yasser Galal El Din Director of Rooms

With nine years of service under the Four Seasons umbrella, Galal El Din is delighted to continue his work with a fresh team in a new location.

Previously Director of Rooms within Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence, Galal El Din is well versed in the requirements of his latest post, as well as the group's service-centric approach. At the Saudi property, he will be liaising with and directing room department heads in the front office, concierge, guest services, housekeeping, laundry, business centre and retail shop areas. Duties include maintaining profitability and managing and upgrading products, services and staff, using the high standards of Four Seasons as a benchmark.

Galal El Din's previous positions include Assistant Director of Rooms, Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager - all for Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence. He also helped with the opening of the hotel, the first of the group's properties in the Middle East and Africa. During that period, Galal El Din was part of the management team which developed and trained staff members who went on to assist with the successful openings of additional Four Seasons Hotels in the region.
