Ivory Tower to begin construction

The long-delayed Ivory Tower residential project in Dubai is expected to begin on Nov 1 after more than three years since it was launched, The National has reported. A spokesman for Saudi-based Sokook Investment Group, the project developer said the delay was due to a demand by TECOM, for a bank guarantee from the developer before construction could begin.
