Jet Airways will offer its cargo customers the opportunity to send cargo to Delhi and Kochi and customers will then be able to forward their shipments to another 43 destinations within India.
Further to this agreement, NAS is the official representative for Jet Airways Cargo in Kuwait operating from the NAS Cargo Terminal at the Kuwait International Airport and will also provide sales and service to its cargo customers. This entails effectively handle Marketing, Sales, Reservation and Planning functions of all cargo being routed via Jet Airways Cargo.
Jet Airways currently operates 2 flights a day on the Kuwait - Delhi and Kuwait - Cochin sectors respectively using their Boeing 737-800s and is India's leading private international airline; its primary business is providing passenger transportation in addition to a lot of value added services to the travel industry including a travel portal and now cargo services to customers in Kuwait.
