He joined Rotana Hotels in 1995 and has since managed several Rotana hotels in Oman, Sharjah and Dubai.
Currently appointed as General Manager of Media Rotana Dubai, Mustafa Ainen's career in the industry started with Hilton International and Inter-Continental Hotels where he spent several years in Cairo, UAE and UK prior to joining Rotana.
As General Manager of Media Rotana, Ainen is responsible for directing the overall management and operation of the hotel to meet the stringent standards of Rotana that earned them multiple prestigious awards.
Ainen said he believes that only through people and their dedication to customer service, attention to details and the passion to serve can hotels meet the ever increasing guests' expectations.
