This celebration stems from Grand Hyatt's deep understanding of proper ethical conduct relating to the human resource in any workplace. It also comes as yet another one of the establishment's initiatives to dedicate time to their work team and allow them to participate in a number of entertainment activities to further their social relations and group philosophy.
The celebration included a number of varied activities that included a film screening in Zara followed by a brunch in a lively outdoor setting. In addition, the celebration included a sports day, during which employees enjoyed a number of activities such as swimming, bowling, soccer and basketball.
On the occasion, Grand Hyatt's General Manager Mr. Benno Geruschkat said: 'The growth of Grand Hyatt and its achievement of such a rich and loyal client base is a great achievement, but it would have never been possible without the efforts of all our staff, who conduct their duties with great passion and loyalty.'
The celebration was concluded on the third day with a luxurious dinner in a celebratory atmosphere, held in Grand Hyatt's Sawani Terrace which included a talent contest for employees.
It is worth noting that this celebration is a tradition held by all branches of the Grand Hyatt chain worldwide.
