Rakeen hands over Al Marjan plot

Rakeen has handed over the 281,000 sqft plot to Aakar Marjan Island for its Dhs600m luxury hotel and residential apartment complex at the Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The target date for completion is 2010 and the development will be undertaken by Kayi Construction.
