Kholoud Al-Feeli, Zain Kuwait's Corporate Communications and Relations (CCR) Department Manager described the newly born newsletter as "fresh colorful, informative and engaging."

"Outbox is simply a conventional yet modernized method to share the company's news and activities with customers, specifically youth, and to engage them with special promotions and competitions," she said.

The bilingual newsletter includes useful information such as simple steps to set up certain services and applications, latest products, the company's contributions to the community in addition to examples of successful members of the Zain family.

Readers can win valuable prizes with the Outbox SMS competition. The first prize in this issue is a Zain Internet Router with one year free subscription, the second prize is the Zain Video Cam and the third prize is a Zain Gold Line.

The newsletter will be distributed through Zain outlets and key distributors and as an insert in two social magazines, Bazaar and Layaleena. It can also be accessed though Zain Kuwait's website.
