VIP Department Manager Talal Al-Nesf stated that the city that will be developed by KFH-Malaysia is located by seaside and will offer many investment opportunities. Moreover, the real estate development occurred as a result of the cooperation of the Malaysian government.
He said that KFH looks forward to providing modern logistic services in the city, in addition to developing industry, tourism, health and educational services, cultivation of land, and residential units.
Moreover, Al-Nesf said that KFH constantly works on creating prime investment opportunities via investment funds and portfolios, which are provided by private placement, in order to manage investment assets for the client, according to his requirements.
He added that the VIP department possesses a specialized team to serve clients effectively, privately and accurately, to meet their banking, financial and investment requirements. It also provides technical support like advisory services regarding global markets, currencies, investment funds, shares, etc.

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced sealing a private placement via Al-Nebras 2 fund, which caters to VIP clients, to finance Alexander City project in Jahour province in Malaysia.
