Kuwait classes to be reduced

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Education has announced that it will cut the number of subjects taught in schools from 35 to 30 per week. Seven subjects are taught each day, which will be reduced to six although the length of the school day will remain the same. The move is to allow more time for breaks, assemblies and prayer timings.
