Shaker Zainal has been with the bank for over eight years and was previously Senior Manager, Dubai Branch.
He has also headed Regional Operations and held senior positions in bank's Network Services Department and the Regional Call Centre in Dubai Internet City.
In his new position, Shaker will be responsible for management and smooth delivery of products and services across branches in the UAE.
Samira Abdulrahman takes up the position of Senior Manager at HSBC Jebel Ali Branch and will oversee the day-to-day running of the branch as well as manage key client relationships.
Prior to this Samira was Manager at the bank's Sharjah branch.

HSBC Bank Middle East Limited announced the appointment of Shaker Zainal as Head of Branch Management and the promotion of Samira Abdulrahman as Senior Manager of HSBC Jebel Ali Branch.
