Muscat City Centre brims with excitement this summer

Oman's first and largest shopping destination has once again proved to be the most popular place to be this summer. At the end of the fifth week of its 'Shop and Drive in Style' summer promotion; the Centre had already attracted over 1.5 million visitors.
After an enjoyable shopping and entertainment spree, the entire family can then enjoy one of the 22 destinations at the food and beverage court including the newly opened authentic Italian restaurant Biella and Noodle House.
Muscat City Centre's 45-day summer promotion ends on July 15. Draws are held each day giving away vouchers along with two grand prizes on offer at the end of the promotion - the Volkswagen Tourag and Tiguan. All customers need to do, to enter, is spend a specific amount of money at any of Muscat City Centre's outlets and when they spend the same amount at any of its East Wing stores, winning chances increase as shoppers get twice the coupons for the same amount.
Muscat City Centre houses over 144 top brands as well as destination stores such as Carrefour hypermarket and Magic Planet. The mall offers the strongest retail mix including several international brands such as GAP, Hugo Boss, Zara, Zara Home and Borders bookstore. Ninety five per cent of these brands have made their entry into Oman retail market for the first time.

About Muscat City Centre:Muscat City Centre, first opened in October, 2001, is the biggest and most dominant mall in Oman and recently underwent a 16-month OR22.5m expansion project. The original 33,036 square metres GLA of the Centre has now expanded to a total of 60,484 square metres of GLA, almost doubling the size of the mall and housing a total of 63 new stores since the beginning of 2007.
